Mitarashi Anko is a Tokubetsu Jounin, specializing in the T&I department. She also served as the protor for the second part of the Chuunin Exam, where she first personally met Naruko. She was formally apprenticed to the Snake Sannin, missing-nin Orochimaru, and known to be a very capable kunoichi.
Morino Ibiki is also a Tokubetsu Jounin, and Commanding Officer of the T&I department. He also first met Naruko when proctoring the first part of the Chuunin Exam, also discovering her budding talent as a mangaka.

About/History
The club is in support of Naruko as a mangaka, showcasing her drawing skills and hopefully spreading them to the rest of the world...or at least Konoha. Our two short-term goals as of now, is to continue reprinting and re-releasing the 'Chuunin Exam Doujin Special' and to petition for it to become a full doujin. Our long-term goal is to persuade Naruko into becoming a part-time mangaka.
During the first part of the Chuunin Exam, it seemed Naruko wasn't sure how to fill in the answers to the'written test'. Instead of filling ni answers, she started sketching and then fully drawing an almost professinally done mini-panel. After the test was done, Ibiki came upon the drawn-on test and was impressed by the work, repeatedly reading it and bringing it along with him to the Jounin Lounge -where Anko also read it and became a fan.
